Information and opinions expressed on this website should not be considered as professional advice. In terms of the wellbeing of a pet/competition animal (horse dog or other), a qualified veterinary surgeon should always be consulted. Should a specific product have a warranty or guarantee, this contract will be between the customer and the company, not between the customer and Calabash Agencies cc (agent and distributor for the product in South Africa). We aim to provide the customer with as much information as possible about the products. This information is most often provided by the company that manufactures and supplies the product themselves.

Restrictions on sales

If items are placed in the shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute a completed order. Should an item not be available from the supplier, or not be available due to being out of stock at the time of online purchase, Calabash Agencies cc reserves the right to remove the order from the shopping cart facility. We will endeavor to communicate timeously in such situations provided that the customer provides relevant contact information. We will also make all reasonable effort to get the product in supply. If a product has been ordered online by a customer and a payment has been processed we will make all effort to get the product in supply and proceed with the transaction. Should the customer with to cancel the transaction at this time due to a lake of availability of the product, the payment made by the customer will be refunded within 30 days of transaction. Calabash Agencies cc reserves the right to change content and add and remove products as the need arises. Calabash agencies cc also reserves the right to change the pricing on the website as the need arises. All reasonable effort will be made to keep only available products listed on the website.

Agreement on Sales

The agreement of sale between the customer and Calabash Agencies cc comes into being when; 1) a credit card payment is received from the issuing bank, 2) a deposit via electronic banking transfer is received by Calabash Agencies cc and as such reflects in the account of Calabash Agencies cc, 3) a direct deposit is received by Calabash Agencies cc, 4) a full cash payment is physically received by Calabash Agencies cc. Cheque payments will not ordinarily be accepted as a form of payment unless prior arrangement. Calabash Agencies cc reserves the right to refuse an order in part or in whole should circumstances arise. In this situation, the customer will be refunded any monies already paid.

Cooling off period and returns

The customer is entitled to cancel an order placed online within 7 days of the transaction provided that Calabash Agencies cc is notified of the intention to cancel the order by telephone or email within the 7 days. Products may be returned in this window period of 7 days but must be in their original packaging and in new/original condition. Soiled products will not be accepted for returns, this will be at the discretion of Calabash Agencies cc. The purchase price of the returned goods will be refunded less a 5 % handling fee within 30 days of notification that the transaction is to be reversed and once the goods have been returned. No cost of shipping on the original transaction will be refunded. Calabash Agencies will not be liable for the cost of shipping the goods in the event of goods being returned, this responsibility fall on the customer. Under no circumstances will garments that classify as underwear be accepted for returns due to hygienic reasons.

Code of conduct

Calabash Agencies cc/ Back on Track SA website is controlled and operated in South Africa and is thus governed by South African laws. Calabash Agencies cc will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users of the website.

Changing of Content

Calabash Agencies cc reserves the right to change the content and add and remove products and content as the need arises. Should a product no longer be available, we will take all reasonable steps to inform the customers and remove such product form the website.
